Veni Vidi Vici - I came , I saw, I conquered.
In 1979,when Marie Robinson, a twenty year old, walked through the gates of St. Columba’s School, she saw and found her calling and conquered every heart that beat in the school, ever since. For love and compassion is mightier than the sword! Ms Robinson became Mrs Chaturvedi and started her own family but the Columban family remained close to her heart. The journey of this teacher, from a slip of a girl to a senior citizen, is filled with classroom tales of trials and triumphs, a testimony to the human spirit of resilience, when change is inevitable. Marie was steadfast in her commitment and will remain an icon of dedicated service.
After a distinguished service of 40 years, Mrs Marie Chaturvedi retired on 31 July, 2019. We wish her the very best and may she be showered with blessings in the years to come.
