Title : INSTRUCTIONS FOR ON-LINE FEES PAYMENT

Fee deposit can be made for Monthly or Quarterly basis.

  1. Go to school’s website www.stcolumbas.edu.in
  2. Click on the Student Login option
  3. Enter your Son’s Admission No. (Registration no.) as Enrollment No and your son’s Date of Birth (dd-mm-yyyy) as Password

Instruction for On-Line Fees Payment

Steps: (For Monthly Fees Payment)

  • Click on the FEES icon on the top left corner of Dashboard
  • Click on DUE option of the respective Month.
  • Click on Pay Now button
  • Enter your Email Id, Mobile number (it is important to enter this information in order to receive the payment confirmation) and Click again on Pay Now to proceed to Payment gateway.
  • You will be directed to PAYTM transaction page.
  • Select your preferred payment option to complete the payment.

Note : -  Sometime it may take upto 2-3 days to reflect payment confirmation in your account.

Steps: (For Quarterly Fees Payment)

  • Click on DUE option of respective month.
  • Click on Add More button.
  • Again select DUE option to add another month and so on.
  • (If you wish to remove any selected month(s), click on X (cross sign) under  Action column
  • Enter your Email Id, Mobile number (it is important to enter this information in order to receive the payment confirmation) and Click again on Pay Now to proceed to Payment gateway.
  • You will be directed to PAYTM transaction page.
  • Select your preferred payment option to complete the payment.

Note : -  Sometime it may take upto 2-3 days to reflect payment confirmation in your account.

Title : CBSE IMPORTANT NOTICE - ( CLASS 12 - SECTIONS A, B, C, E AND F) ACADEMIC SESSION 2019 -2020

Dear Parent,

As per the latest CBSE circular dated 02-06-2020, the students who are to give the remaining examination in the major subjects which had been postponed w.e.f 19-03-2020 would now be held from 01-07-2020 to 15-07-2020, the date sheet to which was declared on 18-05-2020. Due to the prevailing condition of the spread of Covid-19 pandemic in the country, it has been decided the remaining examinations would now be conducted in the respective schools of the candidates so as to provide them a safe environment. If you have shifted and are now residing at a different centre in India, you are to make a request for a change of examination centre through the school authorities and inform them latest by 06-06-2020 on the given email principal@stcolumbas.edu.in

Dear Parents,

Unless other government directives intervene, you are requested to pay the tuition lockdown fee for the month of June. The bank counter will be opened in the school from the 1st to 10th June on all bank working days from 10.30am to 12.30pm only. Please keep the following schedule :-

13th May : Class 1 and 2
14th May : Class 3 and 4
15th May : KG 

 

Timings for collection of books & stationery


07:30 - 08:30am :- A sections
09:00 - 10:00am :- B sections
10:30 - 11:30am :- C sections
12:00 - 01:00pm :- D sections
01.30 - 02.30pm :- E sections

 

The Bank will open a counter in the school on these days between 10:30am - 1:30pm to collect fees by cheque.

As allowed by the government, there will be the distribution of school books and stationery in the school according to the following schedule
 
4th May : Class 4
5th May : Class 5
6th May : Class 6
7th May : Class 7
8th May : Class 8
9th May : Class 9
10th May : Class 10
11th May : Class XI
12th May : Class XII
 
only 1 PARENT (no student) may come to collect the books.
 
The Parent coming, must
  • - ensure they are fully healthy - no ill temperature, cold, cough.....
  • - wear a mask
  • - wear student's ID
  • - carry a bottle of sanitizer
  • - may bring a stroller bag to carry the books
  • - must keep physical distance
  • - pay using : paytm, phoneme, google pay or cash.
  • - not delay or roam in the campus or on the way
  • - to save time and keep persons safe the whole book + stationery set is to be collected.
  • - strictly keep to the following timings

Sec A : 7.30-8.30am only
Sec B : 9-10am only
Sec C : 10.30-11.30am only
Sec D : 12noon - 1pm only
Sec E : 1.30-2.30pm only
Sec F / G : 3-3.30pm only
 
This schedule has been worked out to ensure no large grouping of people and must be strictly followed.
 
Parents having more than 1 child in the school are requested to come only once and to collect the books & stationery only once - on the date for the eldest son's books.

Note : that as the lockdown is in in progress, no worksheet money will be collected at this time, this will be considered when the school campus reopens.
