In order to ensure the safety and security of all stakeholders at St. Columba's School, all parents are requested to strictly adhere to the following norms:
1) Entry into the school between 7.30 am and 1.15 pm and from 2 pm to 2.45 pm will be allowed only through the SENIOR SCHOOL GATE.
2) Only parents carrying a school issued parent ID card will be allowed entry. For every such ID card, entry of only ONE parent will be permitted. If both parents need to visit the school, one additional visitor's pass will be issued at the gate.
3) Any parent/visitor without an ID card should get a visitor's pass issued from the main gate taken for entering the school.
4) A visitor's pass will be issued only on submission of a personal ID document at the gate. (AADHAAR etc).
5) Entry will only be given on appointment / permission from the Principal/HM/administrator/coordinator or teachers.
6) In case of an emergency, please contact on the Middle school's landline number to seek an appointment.
7) All visitors /parents are requested to report to the MS admin office on coming to the building from where they will be directed.

Method for filling the ID Card Form :
User Name - Registration Number of your son
Password - Date of Birth of your son in DD-MM-YYYY format.
After feeding in the user name and password click on ‘Submit’ button to login into the Student Information Form.
Before filling/modifying the form kindly read the instructions carefully.
After filling/modifying the form use ‘Review’ button to check if all the information is correct and being displayed properly onto the ID Card. If everything is correct, only then click on the ‘Submit’ button (Once you click on SUBMIT, you cannot edit any information) otherwise use ‘Back’ button to edit again.
