The
students of Class 1B presented a thoughtful and cheerful assembly on the theme
“Being wise and happy” on the bright morning of 15th October, 2025. The
presentation beautifully conveyed how wisdom and happiness go hand in hand and
how both can be cultivated through mindful choices and a positive outlook.
The
morning began on a serene note with a prayer and hymn, followed by the lively
action song “A wise man built his house upon the rock,” which reminded everyone
of the importance of strong values and sound decisions.
A
humorous skit- “The Cap Seller and the Monkeys” then entertained the audience
while teaching the value of calm thinking and quick
problem-solving. Adding to the positivity, students shared positive
affirmations, inspiring all to embrace self-belief and gratitude.
The
assembly concluded with a spirited dance performance to the beats of the song-
“All that glitters isn’t gold,” highlighting that true worth lies beyond
appearances.
Br.
Agnelo appreciated the students’ efforts and encouraged them to find joy in
small things and be kind in their actions. Mrs Ritu Kaushal reminded the boys
that happiness does not come from having everything but from valuing what we
already have and making wise, kind choices each day.
The
assembly was a delightful blend of song, skit, and dance that left everyone
with the message that wisdom and happiness are ways of living, not goals to
chase.
