Description:
The class 7B assembly on "Health is Wealth" emphasized the importance of good health. Students were reminded that taking care of their bodies through nutritious eating, regular exercise, sufficient sleep, stress management, and avoiding harmful habits is essential. The assembly encouraged students to adopt healthy habits during their summer break to maintain their well-being.
The students put up a creative performance on the beats of Macarena, where they showcased aerobics. Suryanamaskar, Roller skating, skateboarding, skipping, badminton, Cycling and meditation. All 50 students participated in this assembly. - Rajashree Vipin
