Description:
An Inter-House General Knowledge Quiz Competition was held in the Middle Section on the 8th, 10th and 11th July, 2025 bringing together students from Classes 4 to 10 in a spirited battle of minds. The event aimed to promote
general awareness, encourage curiosity, and foster a healthy competitive spirit among the Middle School students.
The quiz was conducted in three segments: Classes 4-5, Classes 6-8 and Classes 9–10. Students participated enthusiastically, answering questions across diverse categories such as Current Affairs, Science & Technology, History, Sports, and Visual Identification.
The special highlight of the event was the presence of our alumni as quiz masters for the senior classes(Classes 9 and 10). Their return to school as hosts brought a sense of pride and inspiration to the students, who were thrilled to interact with former students who are now contributing to their alma mater in a meaningful manner. Students of the participating houses put forth a commendable performance that showcased their knowledge, quick thinking and teamwork.
The winners from the respective classes are as follows:
Class 4 - 1st - Green House, 2nd- Red House, 3rd- Blue House ||
Class 5 - 1st - Beige House, 2nd- Blue House, 3rd- Yellow House ||
Class 6 - 1st - Beige House, 2nd- Yellow House, 3rd- Red House ||
Class 7 - 1st - Blue House, 2nd- Green House, 3rd- Yellow House ||
Class 8 - 1st - Beige House, 2nd- Green House, 3rd- Red House ||
Class 9 - 1st - Beige house, 2nd- Blue House, 3rd- Yellow House ||
Class 10 - 1st - Red House, 2nd- Blue House, 3rd- Beige house ||
The Principal, Br Robert and the MS Headmistress, Mrs Pal congratulated the participants and appreciated the efforts of the quiz masters and the team of teachers for organizing the event. The quiz was not only a test of knowledge but also a celebration of learning, teamwork, and Columban spirit.
