St. Columba’s School organised the Farewell Assembly 2025 to bid a warm and
heartfelt goodbye to the graduating batch of Class 12. The ceremony, hosted by
Class 11, was a graceful blend of gratitude, celebration, and nostalgia,
honouring the outgoing students as they prepare to embark on new journeys.
The
programme began with a dignified welcome, followed by a prayer that set a
reflective and solemn tone for the morning. The Principal, Bro. Robert
Fernandes, then addressed the gathering with an inspiring message, encouraging
the students to uphold the values of the institution and approach the future
with confidence and purpose.
Each
section of Class 12 was introduced sequentially, inviting the respective Class
Teachers of Classes 12-A to 12-F to share their reflections and convey their
best wishes. Their speeches highlighted memorable moments, the growth of the
students over the years, and heartfelt hopes for their continued success.
To
add an element of light-hearted celebration, a series of Fun Awards were
presented. These awards captured the unique spirit and personality of the batch
with categories such as:

• The Funny Bones
• The Drama Queen
• Mr. Mostly Missing Classes
• The Fashionably Late
• Mr. Mogger
A
vibrant dance performance by Class 11 added energy and colour to the assembly,
followed by an emotional farewell video that captured memorable school moments
and milestones of the outgoing batch.
The
ceremony concluded with an address and Vote of Thanks by the Senior School
Headmaster, Mr. Naresh Chopra, who expressed his appreciation for the efforts
of both teachers and students. The assembly came to a close with the rendition
of the School Anthem, marking the end of a memorable and meaningful event.
The
Farewell Assembly 2025 stood as a heartfelt tribute to the graduating Class 12,
