Description:
On 5 th December 2023, the students of class 9C presented their morning assembly on the pervasive issue of Procrastination. The assembly aimed to raise awareness about the detrimental effects of delaying tasks and provide practical strategies to overcome this habit. Two contrasting situations were presented by the students through a monologue to emphasize the importance of combating procrastination for academic success.
The students highlighted the fact that delaying or postponing tasks often leads to unnecessary stress and a decrease in productivity which can affect our academic performance, personal goals and even our well- being.
Practical tips such as breaking tasks into smaller steps and setting realistic deadlines were shared to empower students in managing their time effectively.
The assembly concluded with a melodious song ‘I believe I can fly’. Our Principal, Brother Robert, applauded the students’ efforts with his words of encouragement and gave his valuable inputs on the topic.
