On
11th February 2026, Class 4B conducted their morning assembly on the meaningful
topic “Our Responsibility as a Student.” The assembly began with a
prayer song, followed by the thought for the day, which emphasized on
discipline and dedication in a student’s life.
The
speaker of the day highlighted that being a student is not just about attending
classes but about building character, gaining knowledge, and preparing for the
future. The importance of punctuality, honesty, and hard work was also stressed
upon. The speaker encouraged students to develop good habits, help their peers,
and actively participate in co-curricular activities. It was also mentioned
that students should take care of school property and contribute positively to
society.
A
small skit on Online etiquette and rules was presented, beautifully conveying
the importance of discipline and respect during online classes. The recitation
of the poem inspired students to reflect on their duties and values. Following
the poem, all students stood together to take the pledge, which reminded
everyone of their responsibilities towards their school, parents and teachers.
Brother
Agnelo Benjamin enlightened the gathering with his valuable words. The
assembly concluded with the school anthem.
