The students of Class 12-A conducted an insightful morning assembly titled "The Soundtrack of Our Lives," focusing on how music shapes our minds, emotions, and daily routines.
The presentation focused on three main core concepts:
• The Healing Power of Music: The assembly highlighted how music acts as an emotional release valve, helping students lower stress levels and manage exam anxiety. This message was brought to life through a moving live gospel performance that transitioned into the morning prayer.
• A Time Machine and Energy Booster: The students explained how music connects deeply to our memories and serves as a psychological battery-pack, allowing us to actively change our mood and energy throughout the school day.
• Identity and Connection: The presentation emphasized how music builds our personal identity and unites people across different cultures. To demonstrate this, students performed a live acoustic cover of Daniel Caesar's "Best Part."
The assembly concluded on a high note with a final, upbeat musical performance designed to spread collective joy and positive energy, followed by the National Anthem.
