On 6th
October, the students of class 7 E conducted the morning assembly on the theme ‘The
Butterfly Effect’.
The students
beautifully portrayed the transformation of a butterfly, symbolizing peace and
harmony. The assembly began with a prayer, setting a calm tone for the day. The
students highlighted how butterflies bring joy and peace to our surroundings.
They emphasized the importance of coexisting with nature and promoting peace in
our daily lives. They expressed how small actions can have a significant
impact. Offering a kind word, helping each other, responding rather than
reacting, forgiveness are a few acts by which we can make a difference.
The choir boys
presented a beautiful song ‘Let there be peace on earth’ that encouraged
everyone to strive for peace and love, thereby fostering a sense of global
unity and brotherhood.
In the end, Brother
Agnelo addressed the students, encouraging them to spread love, kindness and
harmony. The assembly concluded on a positive note, inspiring students to be
the ‘Columban Butterflies’ and promote harmony within our school community.
Takeaway: Small actions can have a ripple effect. We all have
the power to make a difference.
