The presentation encouraged everyone to reflect on an important reality
that we all have mastered the art of celebrating people publicly; we sometimes
forget to acknowledge them personally.
A simple Thank You for someone's guidance, a sincere Sorry for a
mistake, a word of Appreciation for someone's efforts, or a quiet expression of
Respect can leave a lasting impression and strengthen human connections.
Lesson learnt: It is about knowing when our words matter. Silence is a
choice, but so is speaking up. Never mistake expression for weakness.
