Description:
The summer break this year started at a rejuvenating note for the students of classes 4 to 7. A trip to Bhimtal was planned by Shorts and Shots and was successfully organised. The trip started with an exciting night journey on 23rd May 2024, followed by a fun filled early morning adventure at the hotel and scrumptious breakfast. Students then visited a nearby school for Community Immersion Programme that helped them interact and understand the students with discrete needs.
The next day was a power packed day with a variety of activities such as bird watching, adventure activities like zip lining, commando net climbing, hoopla ring games, team building games, plantation drive and finally a musical night after dinner.
After a healthy breakfast the next day, and execution of a small ending ceremony students boarded the jeeps and set off for yet another exciting day.
Post an exciting lunch and a short shopping spree, a Cleanliness Drive was conducted by our students near Sattal lake, with an insightful message towards aiming for a cleaner environment.
With all those memories well packed, the students enjoyed their final dinner at Dominos, Haldwani while they bid adieu to the charming Himalayan lake town and returned early morning to school on 27th May 2024.
